TOON Converter provides a web-based tool for converting data between JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and TOON (The Object Oriented Notation) formats. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and development purposes. We strive to ensure the accuracy of conversions but cannot guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Service any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

The Service (the website and application interface) and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TOON Converter and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Note regarding the TOON format: This website utilizes the open-source @toon-format/toon library to perform conversions. We do not claim ownership of the TOON data format or the underlying library. The TOON format is an independent project.

The data you process using our Service remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TOON Converter makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.
